Gas Proving Systems for Science Laboratories

For laboratory applications the G621 Gas Valve Assembly (A) can be combined with a KS23 Labstart (B) to safely initiate gas flow to a laboratory.

It also has a WATER and POWER start facility enabling complete isolation of all services from one location. By combining the system with a ZS-Series Water Valve (C) it is possible to isolate the water supply to the laboratory from the KS23 control panel (as per Building Bulletin 80).

A combination of people and the burning of gas can lead to an increase in the amount of CO2 which can cause drowsiness. This system can be interlocked with a CO2 Alarm (D) to provide constant monitoring of CO2 levels in the laboratory.
