Burner Controls

Duomo supply a complete range of control and communication devices for industrial gas burners.

Estro (A) is a microprocessor-operated flame controlling device equipped with inputs and outputs for the ignition and control of industrial burners. There are three variations;

• B2 is a device for two-stage burners (pilot and main gas valves).
• C2 is a device for one-stage burners (one gas valve only) with a volt-free output.
• Q2 is a device for one-stage burners (one gas valve only).

Prog-1 (B) is a device designed to program the communication parameters of the flame control devices of the ESTRO series and of the previous devices. The configuration may be carried out either via serial line (ECS) or infrared signals.

The UV2 (C) is a flame detector for industrial use installed in a robust, die-cast aluminium box equipped with plug-in connection and threaded connection for the peepsight. It contains a gas filled UV tube. UV-rays (not daylight or artificial light from discharge or filament lamps) ionise the gas in the tube.

The ECS-Driver (D) is an interface card allowing any controlling device to communicate with units equipped with ECS (ESA Communication System) serial input.
