Through the connection of 1 to 16 remote sensors (8 per each zone), the BX116 has been designed and built according to European regulations to detect the presence of toxic and/or explosive gases flexibly. A microprocessor is used to create a complete surveillance and control system with maximum flexibility. This makes the system suitable for; civil use, underground car parks, and industrial applications. To facilitate event readings, the control unit has a front panel with two LED rows indicating, in rotation from 1 to 16, which probe is currently monitoring, and a bright display showing the LEL or PPM gas concentration measured.

The BX444M is a wall or panel mounted microprocessor based gas detector control. It can be configured to meet customer requirements. The BX444M has two plug in terminal blocks. One is for the incoming mains supply and alarm circuit wiring and the second is for connecting the sensor wiring. This reduces the chance of incorrect site wiring. The printed circuit board has an overload light which indicates when a short circuit or an overload has occurred on the sensor wiring.

BX150 - 1 Zone Gas Detector (Panel Mounted)

BX150 - 1 Zone Gas Detector (Panel Mounted)

  • Detects Carbon Monoxide, Natural Gas and LPG
  • 1 Year Guarantee
  • 230V and 12V DC
  • Single zone
  • Self diagnostic
  • Adjustable pre-alarm
  • Catalytic and electrochemical sensors
  • Audible alarm
  • Sensor fault alarm relay output
  • Manual test function

The BX150 has been designed to meet all European normative proposals for natural gas, LPG and carbon monoxide gas detectors. The 96 x 48 enclosures are panel mounting only. If the remote sensors sense the presence of gas the detector operates a pre-alarm relay - used for remote sirens or extract fans; if the level of gas continues to rise then the main alarm relay is activated to either (in the case of natural gas) break the electrical supply to the safety shut off valve or (for CO) sound a general alarm to allow evacuation of the area. Should a fault arise with the sensor or electrical connections to the sensor a separate volt free relay is activated.

CHCO - Natural Gas & Carbon Monoxide Detector

CHCO - Natural Gas & Carbon Monoxide Detector

  • Microprocessor control
  • Detects Carbon Monoxide and Natural Gas
  • 230V supply
  • Gas alarm relay SPDT
  • CO alarm relay SPDT
  • Catalytic sensor for gas
  • Electrochemical sensor for CO
  • Sensor active indicator
  • EN50194 for Gas and EN50291 for CO

The CHCO is a dual sensor, gas and carbon monoxide detector. When gas and/or carbon monoxide are sensed the detctor sounds an on-board audible alarm and changes over a volt free contact relating to the type of gas sensed. These relays can be used to isolate the electrical supply to gas solenoid valves or to give a remote indication of an alarm.
