The MS222 was developed in order that sensor paramters could be read on a six monthly basis according to EN60079-10. With the MS222 it is possible to determine; current sensor status, number of times the sensor has gone into alarm, how many days remaining before commissioning is required, sensor drift etc.

The SPT002 Printer connects directly to the MS222 Sensor Diagnostics Tool to print out site reports that can then be attached to a sensor after commissioning. This allows an engineer to keep a full record of the history of the sensor.
